Elysian Brewing Limited Release - Cake Topper IPA (6PKC 12 OZ)

On June 4th, 2018, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a cake shop owner who chose not to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. One year after the Court decision, we chose to celebrate marriage equality by hosting a wedding in our Elysian Capitol Hill location. Brewed and released in honor of that special day, this Brut IPA is brewed with El Dorado, Citra, and Southern Pasion hops for aromas of guava, vanilla, and a hint of sugar, and flavors reminiscent of a fruity, creamy wedding cake.
