  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Volcan de Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco
    • 1/2 oz Kavlana Crème de Cacao White
    • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
    • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
    • 4-5 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
    • 1 oz Soda Water
    • Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

    Directions

    1. Combine tequila, triple sec, crème de cacao white, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake 1-2 minutes.
    2. Open the shaker and add a large cube of ice and shake again 1-2 minutes. Strain into a Collins glass.
    3. Top with soda water.
    4. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
