  • Ingredients

    • 2.5 oz. Baileys Strawberries & Cream
    • ½ Cup Crushed Biscuits
    • 3.5 oz Cream cheese
    • 3 oz Whipped Cream
    • 4 Tbsp Confectioners' sugar
    • 2 oz White chocolate, broken into chunks
    • 7 oz Fresh cut strawberries

    Directions

    Melt white chocolate into a small mixing bowl and allow to cool. Cut up fresh strawberries. Whisk cream with 2 Tbsp confectioners' sugar until thick. Stir in 1 oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream until smooth. Add in the melted white chocolate and beat again to combine. Add the chopped strawberries and stir with a spoon. Dividing all the ingredients into 2 glasses, place ½ of the crushed biscuits into the bases of the glasses & sprinkle ½ oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream on top. Add ½ whipped cream, sliced strawberries & ½ of the cream cheese mix. Repeat these layers again using the remaining ingredients. Garnish with cut strawberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
