  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Cooper’s Mark Bourbon
    • 4 oz Ginger Beer
    • 1 Jalapeño
    • 4 Sprigs Fresh Mint Leaves
    • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

    Directions

    1. Cut jalapeño into round slices. Set aside a few for garnish.
    2. Combine jalapeño and mint in cocktail shaker & muddle.
    3. Add ice, lime juice and bourbon. Cover and shake.
    4. Pour over ice into copper mug.
    5. Top with ginger beer.
    6. Garnish with lime, jalapeño & mint.
