Hugo Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz St-Germain
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • Lime wedge and Mint Sprig for Garnish

Directions:

  1. Pour St-Germain over ice in a glass
  2. add mint and top with Prosecco and soda water
  3. stir to combine
  4. garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge

Pomegranate Tequila Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Santaleza Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then pour in all ingredients.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds (until outside of shaker is frosty).
  3. Strain and pour into a glass.

Strawberry Soju Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Soju
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, and soju with ice until smooth.
  2. Share between two glasses and garnish with a strawberry slice.

Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Patron Silver Tequila
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Vita Vera Triple Sec
3 jalapeno slices
Tajin for the rim

Directions

1. Muddle jalapeno slices in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and all remaining ingredients
3. Shake vigorously
4. Strain into a rocks glass with ice

Apertivo Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Espolon Blanco Tequila
1 oz Vita Vera Triple Sec
3/4 oz Vita Vera Apertivo
3/4 oz orange juice
1 orange wedges
Sugar, for rim
Ice, for shaker

Directions
1. Place sugar on a small shallow plate. Rim the glass with an orange wedge and then dip the glass into sugar to coat the rim.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add tequila, triple sec and Apertivo. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with orange wedge and serve.

Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Vita Vera Triple Sec
Salt for the rim of the glass
Lime wedge for garnish

Directions
1. Pour a small amount of salt onto a plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it, then dip the rim into the salt.
2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the mezcal, lime juice, and triple sec.
3. Shake well and strain into the salt-rimmed glass over ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy

Irish Coffee Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2oz Lyre's American Malt
  • 4 oz hot brewed coffee
  • 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
  • 3 oz Reddi-wip Whipped Cream

Directions:

  1. Stir American Malt, maple syrup, and hot coffee into an irish coffee mug
  2. Once syrup is mixed in well, add whipped cream on top

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Lyre's American Malt (Non-Alcoholic) or 2oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur 750ml (Alcoholic)
  • 4 oz Owen's Espresso Martini Mix
  • 3 coffee beans for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  2. Strain into chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans

Wild Ginger Cider Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz sparkling apple cider
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 can Athletic Brewing Run Wild IPA
  • Garnish: Orange Peel and Rosemary

Directions:

  1. Add the sparkling cider, orange juice, simple syrup and ginger into a glass filled with ice
  2. Top with Athletic Brewing Run Wild IPA
  3. Garnish with orange peel and rosemary

Paloma Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Ritual Tequila Alternative
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
  • Grapefruit soda
  • Lime wheel

Directions:

  1. Combine Ritual Tequila Alternative, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave nectar or simple syrup in a glass with ice.
  2. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with lime.

Paloma Mocktail Ingredients

The Virgin Mary

Ingredients:

  • 3oz tomato juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 pickle spear

Directions:

  1. Pour tomato juice and lemon juice into a tall glass filled with ice and mix.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Mix again.
  3. Add the celery stalk and pickle spear as garnish.
