If you love single Malt scotch, this is the one you should definitely experience.
Absolutely delicious single malt scotch. It has become our staple scotch.

Wonderful Change.
Perfect "change-up," the solar tum aged finish gives this a bit more sherry quality in the lingering after tastes than the 12 Year Old. I hit this every once in a while for a change-up from my usual. Outstanding!

Honey and smooth
Absolutely wonderful all the way around. Smooooth and lots of honey. Complex and sits well, changing on tongue. Pleasant going down. Nice and sweet. I REALLY like this one. Good sale right now @ Bevmo for $59 + $10 off emailed coupon brings it to a reasonable price.

Good Scotch at a good price
I don't care for the peaty scotches, nor ultra-smooth ones. This hits the mark. (With scotches especially - to each his own.) To me, it has a nice caramel taste with just the right bite, and seems to have taken a different path from the 12 yr old. Definitely one of my favorite scotches, even compared to much more expensive ones. This means it is good value for the money!

A great starter
Excellent buy for the price. Wonderful to share with friends and family. Starts mild and finishes with a mature sweetness- finish, flavors start to blossom but only for a moment. My favorite to sip when startinging my weekend.

Wonderful
I've been drinking Glenfiddich 12 year old (pronounced "glenfiddik") for a couple of years now and loving it as my usual single malt. I just bought the 15 year and tried it tonight....wow. A bit more heat on the first sip, more spice, more butterscotch flavors in the finish. Second sip smooths out wonderfully and it just keeps getting better and better. The extra aging give it such character! I still keep thinking that I might have to make this my regular single malt from now on.

Be Afraid; Be Very Afraid. Nobody should drink this scotch.
Fantasic taste and smoothness. I've been drinking The Glenlivit 18 for years now and tried this for a change. If I can get the 15yr old Solera I will stick with it forever. Out of stock now but I will keep checking. I have a feeling this stuff will be hard to find. I shouldn't write this review since I don't want anyone else finding out about this. But I can't help it. It's too good to keep to myself. On second thought, forget it. It's terrible. Yuccchh. Don't buy this terrible swill. Leave it on the shelf for the peasants.

A 15 year aged Masterpiece - Sweet and smooth - Cant be beat for the price!
I'll admit im a bit new to the world of Single Malts, but my first purchase was a $100 bottle of Macallan 15 year - which was a Huge let down. This masterpiece has renewed my love for Scotch! The smell, oh the smell, is sooo sweet, complex, and enticing! Your first sip is so sweet and so smooth... Another major plus is the fact that I don't think that there are any other 15 year aged single malts for under $50 (on sale)...this one is almost too good to be true! I repurchased 3 bottles the moment it returned to stock.

Looking for that Mr Dobalina feeling?
Review is for the 15 yo, French Oak reserve. My preference. I judge whiskey by the way it makes me feel. This whiskey makes me feel average. It is good, not excellent, easy to drink. You know you can give this to anyone and they will like it. Remember the song, Mr Dobalina? Well this is his whiskey!
