Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Service Lead (Supervisor)
A member of the store leadership team and a key holder. Part-time and full-time opportunities available based on store volume. Each Service supports sales, customer service, and operations throughout the store, as well as their assigned area of responsibility (Beer, Wine, Spirits, or &More/Receiving). Service Leads can progress their career to an Assistant Store Manager position.
Assistant Store Manager
Part of the store leadership team and is a keyholder. Full-time position and acting Store Manager (SM) when SM is not present. Manages operations, payroll, customer service, selling, coaching, and manages headcount. Helps develop employees professional growth, communicates job expectations, etc. Opportunities to move into higher volume store locations as an ASM or SM position when ready.
Store leader and keyholder. Overall responsibility for the entire store. Must have high attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Understands the front and back of the store and able to help with creating efficiencies. Role model of the team. Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action, defining objectives, evaluating outcomes. Future growth opportunities may be to move into a higher volume store, General Manager or Corporate Service Center role
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing a set of designated stores within identified Region and reports directly to Regional Manager (RM). They motivate and inspire the team to achieve store key metric goals. Ensures operational compliance, consistency, and instills accountability in all stores. Analyzes business trends, identifies missed opportunities, and develops plans to maximize performance in area stores. The Area Manager is responsible for influencing others with passion, conviction and clarity; as well as a strong point of view. Formulates short and long term strategies and objectives, creates strong plans and milestones for execution. This role is key in developing future District Managers for the organization.
The District Manager motivates and inspires their team to achieve store productivity goals. They work closely with the Store Managers analyzing business trends, identifying missed opportunities, and developing plans to maximize performance in all stores. They are responsible for developing and managing the district budget and reviewing the P+L to ensure profit goals are met. The District Manager will help formulate short and long term strategies and objectives, creating strong plans and milestones for execution. Another critical function will be to ensure operational compliance, consistency, and accountability in all stores.
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing a set of designated stores within identified territory; as well as oversees an Area Manager and their team. They work closely with the Store Managers analyzing business trends, identifying missed opportunities, and developing plans to maximize performance in all stores. The Regional Manager will help formulate short and long-term strategies and objectives, creating strong plans and milestones for execution. Another critical function will be to ensure operational compliance, consistency, and accountability in all stores in their Region.
