What do you like about it?

Cayman Reef is an extremely good value in the rum category, comparable to Zaya. When you smell this rum, you get hints of baking spices and vanilla. The flavor is nice and sweet on the palate. This rum is very smooth and great whether you drink it straight or mix it.

What food would you pair with it?

If I were drinking this rum straight, I would pair it with red meat. The flavor imparted from the oak barrels it’s aged in pairs nicely with red meat. For the rum & coke kind of nights, I would pair with a turkey sub!

What occasion would it complement?

Cayman Reef Rum is a beverage made for beach days and pool parties.
