What do you like about it?

Bigger bolder cabernet. Nice long finish with flavors of cassis, and dark fruit. It also has the dustiness of Rutherford also needs some time to breathe.

What food would you pair with it?

I would pair this with a nice steak.

What occasion would it complement?

This would complement any nice evening or a great beginning to an excellent dinner.
