5¢ Sparkling & White Wines

Coppola Sonoma Coast Chardonnay – A fragrant bouquet of juicy melon, fig and tangerine with an exotic perfume of plumeria flowers. The inviting aromas lead to succulent flavors of peaches, pineapple and spices, folding into a delicate butterscotch finish. Savor the lush, creamy mouthfeel, lovely acidity and concentrated palate.

Pairs well with pork tenderloin, pasta and sautéed mushrooms.

Cuvee 89 Sparkling Brut by Gruet – Founded in 1984 by French transplants, Gruet Winery specializes in Methode Champenoise wines. This bubbly beauty honors classic styles, featuring vibrant effervescence, generous minerality, and notes of crisp apple and ripe grapefruit. Enjoy as a morning mimosa, afternoon sparkler or an evening toast.

Pairs well with seafood, pork and soft cheeses.

Lillie’s Sauvignon Blanc  – Beautiful notes of lemon grass, tropical fruit, and pineapple are accentuated by the stainless-steel fermentation process. The full, fruity flavors lead to a smooth, juicy mouthfeel with crisp acidity and a long mineral finish.

Pairs well with shellfish, goat cheese and vegetarian dishes.

Four Vines The Willing Chardonnay – Lush guava, refreshing mango, citrus flavors and natural acidity make this a food friendly and approachable mid-day Chardonnay. The palate is robust, rich and considerably bright, finishing with a slight herbal bite.

Pairs well with fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes.

Challis Lane Pinot Grigio – Enjoy refreshing notes of lemon blossom and honeysuckle with ripe, white nectarine, honeydew, lemon and tropical flavors. Crisp and refreshing with a bright, clean finish, this 2015 Vintage was won a Silver Medal at the San Francisco Spirits Competition.
Pairs well with pork, mushrooms and salt-cured meat.

Irony Russian River Pinot Noir – Experience enticing aromas of raspberry, caramel and hints of oak. The soft tannins balance out vibrant flavors of cherry, strawberry and touches of mocha. This drinkable wine is fruity yet surprisingly smooth. Silver Medal winner at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition—2014 Vintage only.
Pairs well with turkey, beef and venison.

Stateland Cellars Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon – Luscious aromas of cherries, cedar, tobacco, pepper and cocoa complement the classic flavors of plum, berries, currant and spice. This fruit-driven Cabernet is the perfect balance of ripe fruit and sweet oak. Gold Medal winner at the Critics Challenge—2015 Vintage only.

Pairs well with turkey, beef and venison.

Arius Edna Valley Pinot Noir – Exuding mouthwatering flavors with grace and complexity, this classic red wine features a nice balance of rich complexity and a light mouthfeel. Enjoy nuances of black cherry, cola and currant with lovely acidity and a long, smooth finish.

Pairs well with duck, mushrooms and spicy dishes.

Tributus Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon – Classic characteristics of cassis, cherries and hints of chocolate provide a beautiful base. French oak contributes vanilla and spice aromas harmonize with blackberry and plum flavors, mellowing into a round, flavorful finish.

Unruly Rampant Black Cabernet Sauvignon – Go big with this intensely dark red wine, unleashing bold flavors of dense blackberry, exotic spice & singed oak. Enjoy the fruit-forward yet light bodied palate. Double Gold Medal winner at the San Francisco Wine Competition—2015 Vintage only.
