- 2.5oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
- .5oz Simple Syrup (or use 2 Sugar Cubes)
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Place four mint leaves and simple syrup (or sugar) into a julep cup.
- Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and release the oil and aroma of the mint.
- Add bourbon and fill with crushed ice.
- Stir well and garnish with one mint leaf.
