Low Calorie Peach Pear Mule
- 1 small peach, peeled and sliced
- 1 small pear, peeled and sliced
- 6 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Ginger beer
- In a blender, puree the peaches and pears with the mint. Add the gin and lime juice, and stir to incorporate. Fill a glass with ice. Add the fruit and gin mixture, and top with ginger beer. Serve, garnishing with a mint sprig.
