Grapefruit and Rosemary Mocktail
For the rosemary simple syrup: in small sauce pan add 1 c. water and 1 c. sugar over medium heat. Cook until sugar is dissolved—about 5 minutes. Pour mixture into heat-safe container. Add 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Let steep for at least 1 hour.
For mocktail: In glass add ½ c. grapefruit juice, 1 Tb. rosemary simple syrup, and stir. Top with sparkling water until glass is full. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve chilled.
