The Best!
Hands down, the best Scotch for the money. I tried "Blue" and I think it's overrated and over priced. Sure it's 60 year old Scotch but c'mon, can you really tell the difference between 15 and 60?

RETHINK THE PURCHASE
for the price you would think it would have more taste. it's smooth but lacking in taste, complexity, and interest. I like black label it tastes great, oaky with hints of goodness. if green is compared to Lagavulin 16y it loses greatly, heck even compared to black it loses. perhaps the mixing of malts makes it hard to distinguish an original taste but it seems to be and then be gone just as quickly. I find it difficult to get any hints of anything. a slight oak maybe. I don't like negative comments but it is what it is and I can see why it is being discontinued. rethink what might seem to be a good purchase and go for something more refined, tasty, enjoyable.

Always good
My favorite of the Johnnie Walker lineup. Good all around scotch. It encompasses the best of everything from smoothness to smoke and an excellent price. When I can't decide what to buy, I'll default to Green Label everytime.

Go Green
I have had this Johnnie Walker recently and I have to say that I was very impressed by this one. Its not like the others in that they are traditional blends, this one keeps the malt aspect of the drink. Where as a blended scotch is made from single malts and grain whiskey, this one used only single malts. The 4 signature malts here provide key taste influences. You have the Talisker, Caol Ila, Cragganmore, and Linkwood. The exotic notes of orange peel, stewed peaches, cooked black fruits and sour cherry are an art form and a true wonder.
