why would you drink this
I drking a lot of Bourbon and Scotch, and I like a good Rye Whiskey. This is terible, I taste glue, turpentine. Buy yourself a bottle of Michter's bourbon, Rittenhouse Rye, or even Maker's Mark. Honestly I can't even smell this, it bugs me so much.

A Comparison To Beam
I occasionally try Jack Daniels and decided to get the 1.75 liter on sale and tray it against Jim Beam's four year 'regular'. Sampleing both striaght up I honestly could not tell any difference. Both are very good, but Beam is $10 less expensive for the same quantity. My dad always said Beam was excellent for teh price and dad was right. Jack Daniels does have some mystique and marketing behind it, but its not exceptional... sorry.
