How will I receive my 5% Savings Reward?
If you provided BevMo! with your email address, your 5% Savings Rewards will be sent to you one week after they have been earned. Sign in to your "My ClubBev!" account to add or change your email address.

If you have not provided your email address, your earned 5% Savings Rewards will be mailed to you. Please allow up to 14 days for receipt.
Where is my 5% Savings Reward that I recently earned?
Please email Customer Service with your inquiry. Be sure to include your name, phone number, email address and/or ClubBev! account number (on the back of your card). Upon receiving this information, we will research your account and issue you any 5% Savings Rewards you may have earned.

Remember to use the same ClubBev! account each time you shop.
How can I use my 5% Savings Reward?
Your 5% Savings Reward may be used toward a future purchase at any BevMo! store or BevMo.com.

Rewards are not applicable on purchases of gift cards. Taxes, deposits and CRV are not included. Rewards are not valid with any other offers. The expiration date is indicated on each 5% saving reward. Rewards are valid for 90 days.
I lost my 5% Reward coupon, can I get a replacement?
Please email Customer Service and provide your name, phone number and/or ClubBev! account so that we may reissue your reward.
How do I acquire rewards points?
Each time you shop at any BevMo! store or BevMo.com, your purchase total (excluding sales tax, CRV, deposits and shipping charges) is attributed to your next reward.
Can I view how much is needed to reach my next 5% Savings Reward?
Sign in to your ClubBev! account on BevMo.com. The rewards information and link next to the search box lists your current spend and dollars away from reaching your next reward. This total is updated nightly, so please visit regularly and refresh after making a purchase to view your latest spend balance.
Why does my account not show a history of points accumulated or rewards earned?
If you have created multiple ClubBev! accounts or if another member of your household established a ClubBev! account before you, the points that you've earned may be applied to this separate, related account. For information on other accounts, send an email to Customer Service with your name, phone number, email address and/or ClubBev! account number.
My purchase in a BevMo! store was not credited toward my ClubBev! account. How can I receive credit towards my 5% Savings Reward for the purchase?
Please send an email to Customer Service so that we can review and credit your account. Please include the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your phone number and/or ClubBev! account number
  • Store location
  • Transaction date
  • Register number
  • Invoice number
  • Total amount of the sale
All items are listed on your receipt.
The 5% Savings Reward I received shows a different name and ClubBev! account number than mine. How can I correct it?
Please contact Customer Service at 1.877.77.BEVMO (23866) or send an email and provide your name, phone number and/or ClubBev! account and we will update your account.
