Shipping What can be shipped and where do you ship?
  • Accessories, Glassware, Food & Non-alcoholic beverages: shipped to all 50 states
  • Beer & Spirits: shipped only within California and Arizona
  • Wine: California, Arizona and select states only (On the top navigation, please choose your state under "My current choice is". If your state prohibits direct wine shipments, you will receive a message in your shopping basket that we cannot ship to your state.)
What are the shipping options?
We ship via UPS for all states except Arizona. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend sending your order to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
  • All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out the following business day
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • All Ground shipments take 2-10 business days in transit. Our warehouse is located in California.
  • All Next Day or Second Day Air service will be shipped the following business day. Your product will leave our warehouse the business day after you place your order.
For Arizona, we ship via private carrier. To minimize risk from extreme weather conditions, our Arizona shipping orders are delivered in a temperature controlled box via Next Day service. We apologize we can no longer offer Ground or 2nd Day service.

Does BevMo! ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.
When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply call our warehouse at 925.730.5247 or email us so we may send you a replacement.

What does "Delivery" mean among the choices of Ship, Pick Up and Delivery?
Select BevMo! stores have a delivery van. They can deliver your order to your home, office, or event location. Additional delivery fees will apply. Please contact your local store for more information.
