Ordering Can I arrange to pick up my order right away?
We can have your order ready for pick up in one hour! If you need something sooner, please call the store you wish to pick-up at to see if we can accommodate your request. Click on the Stores tab to view store hours and contact information.
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with our products, we would like the chance to correct the situation. If you picked up your order at a store, please call the number on your receipt. Otherwise, please contact Customer Service at 1.877.77.BEVMO (23866) or by submitting an inquiry.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, we must collect applicable sales tax on all orders that take title/ownership in California and Arizona.
What if I am not home to sign for my shipment?
UPS will attempt delivery three times to a person who is at least 21 years old. After the third attempt and no one is at home, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you that your package has been returned. If we do not receive a response within five days, a full refund will be issued to your credit card. If you would re-order items that were undeliverable, please place a new order.
What if there's no one over 21 years old to sign for the package?
You must be at least 21 years old to order and/or receive alcohol from BevMo! All orders require the signature of a person at least 21 years old.

How do I send a gift?
Once you have completed adding items to your shopping basket:
  • Click the "Checkout" button located in your shopping basket. You will be taken to the next page to verify shipping details
  • Verify or change shipping address
  • Check box "This is a Gift" at top of the page
  • Click the "Proceed to Gift" button
  • Enter a gift message to be included with your package
  • Don't worry, no pricing information will be shown on the receipt included in the shipment
  • Proceed with the order to check out
Can I submit a special order?
Yes, we can take special orders as long as it is a product we can get through our distributors. Also, a credit card will be required when placing a special order. Please call us at 1.877.77.BEVMO (23866) and we'll be glad to help you.
I don't like to give out my credit card number online. Can I still order for pick up?
Yes, you can still order for pick up at any store. Please call the store directly and let them know the items you would like to pick up and they can put them on hold for you.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept credit cards and BevMo! gift cards for online orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How can I change the quantities on a pick up order?
If your order has already been invoiced and you would like to remove or add items, the store associates can refund or charge your credit card at the time of pick up. Please be sure you bring ID and the credit card used when you submitted the order.
What is CRV?
CRV stands for "California Redemption Value." This is the amount paid back to consumers for recycling beverage containers at certified recycling centers.
How can I view my past online order history?
  • Sign in to your ClubBev! Account
  • Click on "Open and Completed Orders"
  • Click on the order to see a detailed listing
How do I know if you received my order?
Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number and receipt. Please keep this email and order number for reference.
Can I pay with a BevMo! gift card online?
Yes, our gift cards may be used as payment for an online order. Enter the gift card number (shown on the back of the card) into the "Pay with Gift Cards" field during the checkout process.
How do I cancel an online order I never picked up at a store?
If you have not picked up your order and want to cancel it, please contact the store directly. We can return your order and issue a full refund.
Why am I being charged for Shipping when I want to pick up my order?
There's two likely reasons:
  • Rare & Special items are for shipping only
  • Please change "Ship - your state" to "Pick Up - your local store" on homepage
How do I order a keg?
  • Kegs are available for pick up in-store only
  • To see keg availability by store, make sure your current choice is "Pick Up"
  • Choose your local BevMo! store in the drop down menu
  • Click the "Beer" tab on the top navigation
  • Scroll to the bottom on the left navigation bar and click the "Keg" link
  • All available kegs for that location will be listed
