How do I join ClubBev!?

Click here to create a ClubBev! account online, or visit any BevMo! location. In stores, complete the ClubBev! registration form at the checkout stand to start your free membership.

Does BevMo! share my personal information?

No, your personal information is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

What savings do I receive with my ClubBev! account?

BevMo! offers hundreds of savings each month on wine, beer, spirits & more! In stores, look for the special "ClubBev! Price" to view your savings.

To find ClubBev! discounts on BevMo.com:

  • Select "Pick Up" and your local BevMo! store to begin searching for ClubBev! sale items
  • On each product category page, click on "Show ClubBev! Only" on the left side navigation menu
  • Result will now be refined to show only items that currently include ClubBev! discounts.

Each time your spending reaches $250 (or 250 points), you will receive a 5% Savings Reward.

Do ClubBev! members have access to special sales, events and tastings?

Yes, BevMo! will notify ClubBev! members about promotions, special events and tastings happening at a local BevMo! store. Make sure your account is updated with a current email address, so that you will know when a special sale or event occurs.

Events and tastings schedules are also posted at each store, or ask any BevMo! store associate for more information.

I made a purchase at a BevMo! store, but did not receive the credit toward my ClubBev! Savings Reward. Can I submit the receipt and receive credit?

Yes. Please contact us with the following information from your receipt:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number and/or ClubBev! account number
  • Store location
  • Transaction date
  • Register number
  • Invoice number (4 digits)
  • Total amount of the sale

Why doesn't my name appear on the screen when I use my ClubBev! account in stores?

If there was insufficient customer information provided when you created your ClubBev! account, your name may not be currently on file.

Please contact BevMo! Customer Service at 1.877.77.BEVMO (23866) and select option #3. Be sure to provide your name, address, phone number and/or ClubBev! account number (on the back of the card), and we will update your account.

How can I update or edit my ClubBev! account information, such as name, address, email, phone number and password?

To change the information in your ClubBev! account:

  • Sign in to your account (or click on "Account" at the top of the page)
  • Click on the "My Account" link
  • Click on the "Account Information" link
  • Make any necessary changes
  • Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page

What is my point balance?

Sign in to your ClubBev! Account to view your progress. The rewards information and link next to the search box lists your current spend and dollars away from reaching your next reward. This total is updated weekly, so please visit regularly and refresh after making a purchase to view your latest spend balance.

How do I acquire rewards points?

Each time you shop at any BevMo! store or BevMo.com, your purchase total (excluding sales tax, CRV, deposits, shipping charges and gift card purchases) is attributed to your next reward.

Can I view how much is needed to reach my next 5% Savings Reward?

Sign in to your ClubBev! account on BevMo.com. The rewards information and link next to the search box lists your current spend and dollars away from reaching your next reward. This total is updated nightly, so please visit regularly and refresh after making a purchase to view your latest spend balance.

Why does my account not show a history of points accumulated or rewards earned?

If you have created multiple ClubBev! accounts or if another member of your household established a ClubBev! account before you, the points that you've earned may be applied to this separate, related account. For information on other accounts, send an email to Customer Service with your name, phone number, email address and/or ClubBev! account number.

My purchase in a BevMo! store was not credited toward my ClubBev! account. How can I receive credit towards my 5% Savings Reward for the purchase?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, we must collect applicable sales tax on all orders that take title/ownership in California and Arizona.

How do I send a gift?

Once you have completed adding items to your shopping basket:

  • Click the "Checkout" button located in your shopping basket. You will be taken to the next page to verify shipping details.
  • Verify or change shipping address.
  • Check box "This is a Gift" at top of the page.
  • Click the "Proceed to Gift" button.
  • Enter a gift message to be included with your package.
  • Don't worry, no pricing information will be shown on the receipt included in the shipment.
  • Proceed with the order to check out.

What is CRV?

CRV stands for "California Redemption Value." This is the amount paid back to consumers for recycling beverage containers at certified recycling centers.

How can I view my past online order history?

  • Sign in to your ClubBev! Account.
  • Click on "Open and Completed Orders" .
  • Click on the order to see a detailed listing.

How do I know if you received my order?

Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number and receipt. Please keep this email and order number for reference.

How do I order a keg?

Kegs are available for pick up in-store only. To see keg availability by store, make sure your current choice is "Pick Up"

  • Choose your local BevMo! store in the drop down menu.
  • Click the "Beer" tab on the top navigation.
  • Scroll to the bottom on the left navigation bar and click the "Keg" link.
  • All available kegs for that location will be listed.

How can we be sure when ordering a specific vintage?

BevMo! strives to have updated and accurate vintages on our site, however due to the volume of wines that we carry some vintages may not be updated right away and may not be available at all locations. We reserve the right to make appropriate vintage substitutions when necessary. When receiving or picking up your order please always check the vintage. If the vintage is not the vintage you requested you do not have to accept that item. Always feel free to ask one of our Bevmologists for suggestions of a substitute product.

I recently received a back-in-stock email notification but the item is out of stock again. What do I do?

Availability is limited so it is important to act fast. Please call your local store, ask them when they expect their next shipment and ask them to hold the item for you when it arrives. Please be sure to note the associate’s name who arranges your order.

What can be shipped and where do you ship?

We ship to:

  • CA: All Categories
  • AZ: All Categories
  • WA: Wine, Beer and &more
    • Wine can be shipped to California and Arizona only.

      Beer & Spirits can only be shipped to California and Arizona.

What are the shipping options?

We ship via UPS for all states except Arizona. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend sending your order to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.

  • All orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • All Ground shipments take 2-10 business days in transit. Our warehouse is located in California.
  • All Next Day or Second Day Air service will be shipped the following business day. Your product will leave our warehouse the business day after you place your order.

For Arizona, we ship via private carrier. To minimize risk from extreme weather conditions, our Arizona shipping orders are delivered in a temperature controlled box via Next Day service. Listed below is our new rate for this special delivery service. We apologize that we can no longer offer Ground or 2nd Day service. We ship to most metropolitan areas of Arizona but unfortunately cannot service all outlying areas. If your shipping address is not serviceable, we will contact you directly.

No, we currently do not ship internationally.

When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply call our warehouse at 925.730.5247 or email us so we may send you a replacement.

What is the difference between "Delivery" and "Shipping"?

How do I see Events/Tastings near me?

You can sort our current events by either Store Location or Region.

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click the "Tastings" link at top of page.
  • On the right side, under "Region", select "None" to clear the settings.
  • Select your region to see events from multiple stores in your area.
  • - or -
  • Select a store location from the drop down menu to see the events of a specific store.

This will allow you to see events for the locations/areas that you have selected.

How does "My Wishlist" work?

"My Wishlist" was created to let you save items you purchase frequently and items you would like to purchase someday. To add an item to "My Wishlist":

  • Sign in to your account.
  • When you see an item you would like to add, click the "Add to Wishlist" link below the item.
  • Click "Wishlist" to add the item to your default wishlist or
  • Click "Create new wishlist" to create a separate wishlist, your item will be added when you give your wishlist a name and click "Save".

To view "My Wishlist":

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click the "Account" link at top of page.
  • In the drop down menu, click "My Wishlists".
  • Alternatively, you can also click the "My Wishlists" link on the left of the account dashboard.

Oops! I forgot my password. Now what?

After clicking "Sign In", click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. An automatic email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email and it will take you to an area on the website to reset your password. If you still have problems logging in, please call Customer Service at 1.877.77.BEVMO (23866).

How do I purchase gift cards?

Gift cards are only available for shipping if purchased on BevMo.com. To purchase a gift card, select the desired design/denomination and add it to your basket. At check out, you will be asked for a shipping address. Alternatively, you can purchase gift cards at your local BevMo! store.
