Yes I know it's an expensive sweet vermouth but it's worth every penny. I use it primarily in my Negroni's and Manhattans, and sometimes over ice with a spritzing twist of citrus peel. The depth of flavor is hard to beat. It's no wonder this recipe has been around so long (1786).

By Far The Best Vermouth
The difference between this and the other vermouths is astounding. Well worth the premium price.

Versatility and Depth
Only mildly sweet. Adds great depth to a cocktail. If your recipe calls for only one Vermouth, or for mixing a dry and sweet Vermouth to create a "perfect" cocktail, such as a Manhattan, then Carpano Antica is just the thing! I use it for many, many cocktail recipes.
