93 PTS WILFRED WONG. So much purity here, the active '11 Longhand Pinot Noir is a really fine effort; shows dried strawberry and sweet earth; pert and elegant in the finish.

Since when does the year of vintage not make a difference?
I am a new customer and I have one very large issue with you as a wine seller. For me to take you seriously, you must begin to take the issue of "year's vintage" seriously. In two cases with Meiomi wines and with Longhand Pinot Noirs, you neglect to say what year you are rating and selling. Meiomi 2011 and longhand 2012 Pinots are very pleasant to drink wines. The year later versions of both were not as good. It is important to me as a future customer that you begin to list the year of the wine that you are rating and that you are selling.

Very Good
This is a smooth, fruity Pinot with stronger tannins as is common with many California Pinots.  However, it is not harsh or too alcohol-y like some low quality, stronger Pinots.  It is very pleasant and drinkable, and a great value on the 5-cent sale.  I don't give it 5 stars because it's not "amazing," but I don't expect "amazing" at this price point.  It is very good.  I have a lot of wine snobs in my family (some say I am one) - some used to Napa Pinots, some used to Oregon Pinots - and everyone seems to agree that this is a good wine.

Skip this one.
This is one of the worst Pinot's I've had. Not very smooth. Three other friends having a glass didn't like it either.

Not particularly smooth. It wasn't bad, but definitely not a $30 pinot and there are better ones for $15 (sale).
