This medium-bodied Chardonnay opens with aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and vanilla. Flavors of lemon, butterscotch and toasty oak are followed by a big, juicy finish.

bright as the moon reflecting...
Where's the lovely wine that's golden and bright as the moon reflecting upon the pond as Pake B. mentions?? I'd purchase that one in a minute. :-)

What he he actually saying?
I often find W. Wong's ratings along with his reviews off the mark and sometimes a bit perplexing. He has made some recent improvements in his comments, however, he is often quite vague in his reviews by saying such things as "ending with a fleshy supple finish" ....."is a perky red with plenty of energy"... "Intense and graceful". This is just a few of his comments that doesn't really tell me much about the wine itself. I would like to hear a critic focus directly to the taste and be more descriptive in the body and flavor of the wine rather than these fancy comments. I could give my own review and say something like: "It is as golden and bright as the moon reflecting upon the pond". I doubt wine lovers of any degree would run out to BevMo and buy the wine I just described.

It's ok, not 93 points. More like 88.
I agree with the other comments. This Chard is watery and doesn't have the best flavor. I prefer a more buttery taste like La Crema. I'm starting to disagree with Wilfred Wong on most occasions. Time to get some second opinions. Come on BevMo, is he the only one?

At 93 points, this wine is highly overrated to say the least and obvious Wilfred Wong gave it such a rating in order to move bottles out of inventory. I would suggest saving some money and buying a box of Franzia which I would consider equal in body and flavor.
