Just bought mine a week ago with the beertender and it's awesome. Haven't had a problem the beer tastes better than the bottles IMO. I've gone trough 2 newcastle kegs already and keep 2 in the fridge aside from the one in the beertender I keep several beer glasses in the freezer so when I pour my beer it's always cold. Haven't had a problem with the foam I always get a perfect pour. I think the cold glass helps and I now just pour half of the glass and always have cold beer. I tried the full glass but if your not a fast drinker it will get warm. I recommend the product with the beertender to anyone who likes the feel of having your own mini draft bar like feel. It's kinda cool I think.

I too love my Beertender! Of the 3 mini kegs available I like the Brown Ale the best.

I really cannot give Newcastle Brown Ale a higher score. The first day of pour resulted in a liquid that was almost undrinkable. The more I drank, the worse the Brown Ale tasted. I thought I had a bad batch of beer. The second days pour was better. The Brown Ale tasted normal. Because I wasn't certain that the keg beer was the problem. I bought some Newcastle Brown Ale in bottles. I finished six bottles. Their taste was not the same as the keg. The bottled ale tasted better than the keg. The Newcastle mini-keg is different, from the others. The keg has a cold indicator. When it turns blue, it's time to drink. The keg says to chill it for 10 hours before usage. Next to this message is 30 days quality guaranteed after opening. You can treat this keg as a DraughtKeg or you can use the BeerTender. To tap this keg, put in the plastic mini-tap and pull. All I got was foam, from the first pour. I tried to position my glass, but only foam came out. When I let the lever go, some ale came shooting out. As a matter of fact, after you release the lever, drops of ale will come from the nozzle. So, something needs to be put down to catch the drips.
